  Marathon (42.195km), Half Marathon (21.0975km), 5km Marathon, Lover Marathon (5km)，Family Marathon(5km).

    四、Date and Venue:

        Race date: March 26th, 2017.

  Start time: Marathon, Half Marathon, 8:30am 5km Marathon, Lover Marathon (5km)，Family marathon(5km), 9:30am

      Place: Marathon, Half Marathon: Zhengzhou New District, Zheng-Kai Road.5km Marathon, Lover Marathon (5km), Family Marathon(5km), Zhengdong New District.   

       Route: Zhengzhou, Zheng-Kai Road, Baisha Service Area(Marathon, Half Marathon starting point)----Along the Zheng-Kai Road----Zhongmou County(Half Marathon finishing line)----Kaifeng Jinming Square----Daliang Road----Ximen Street----Songdu Yu road----Kaifeng Yuchao Door(Marathon finishing line).

      Zhengdong New District(5km Marathon finishing line) .

    五、Competition Rules

    （一）The events are conducted in accordance with latest Rules and

Regulations for track & Field certified by Chinese Athletics Association and the Marathon Competition Rules.

    （二） Specially invited athletes must participate with original passport.

    （三）Checking-up at the prescribed period of time to the designated area for roll call. Guest athletes must checking-up at 30 minutes before the competition to the special area for roll call.

（四）To ensure athletes a safe and smooth competition. The running sequence is below: Zhengkai road starting point: Players will array in the order of marathon, half marathon. Each project has 20 meters distance spacing. Professional athletes and specially invited athletes go first and other participants follow behind.

Zhengdong New District starting point: Love leads phalanx go first and other participants follow behind.

    （五）Closing distance and timetable:In order to ensure the safety of the participants, there will be closing time at certain  parts of the track, and the traffic will be closed during the event. The traffic will resume after the closing time. Those  participants  who haven't  finished

their required distance before the closing time should immediately quit and leave the track to avoid danger. Those participants who have quitted competition can take the shuttle bus served by Organizing Committee to the final destination freely by number bib. The shuttle bus referee will take back one number bib.

        The closing schedule:

     （六）Judges have the rights to disqualify those participants who beat the pistol or take  vehicles during competition.

      （七）Doping test to partial athletes.

      （八）Organizing  Committee provides timing chips to marathon and half

marathon  participants. The one-time chip will be distributed together with number bibs before the competition.  The chip cost is contained in the registration fee.  The chip is one time used, no need to return to committee.  Please  contact the Organizing Committee

before  1^st.  of April,  if the entrant's  goods  are not collected by the

marathon participants.

      （九）The committee will  make  video surveillance on the starting point,

the  entire  route and  the finishing point.  The athletes who violate  below

competition rules will be canceled competing scores, not allowed to

participate  Zhengkai  international  marathon  and  they  are  reported  to

Chinese Athletics Association.

  1. Registration with false age,or other personnel replaced the applicants to run.

  2.One athlete carrying two or more chips run the competition.

  3. Running  at  the  wrong  registration   project  starting  point ,  not

following the stipulations of the starting sequence.

  4.False starting not according to stipulated time at the starting activity.

  5.Not stopping the competition, leaving the track after the closing time.

  6. Running  the  whole  process of various projects not according to

stipulated  route,  toward a faster route or inserting on the way.  Marathon

 runner who do not pass segmented time point.

  7.Repeatly passing the finishing line to get the souvenir, not according to stipulated requirement.

  8. Runners  who  do  not  finish  the  route  but pass the finishing line

without permission to get the souvenir.

  9. Runners who do not obey the committee staffs' instructions.

Access to the clothes:

Contestants area specified in the starting point according to them roughly check clothes, arrived at the end, please go to the corresponding number of the sewing machine to receive clothes.The organizing committee recommended players don't put valuables in the bags, such as mobile phones, limited documents, cash, keys, credit CARDS, electronic products, etc.) if there is any damage or loss, all consequences shall be borne by the player himself.

On race day, the starting point in clothes will be 15 minutes as before firing, player completes the time schedule, please. Players before the game that day comes to an end the designated area to receive personal clothing items. If more than receive time did not receive, can to the tournament organizing committee to receive within one week after the game. If you don't receive within a week, the organizing committee will be no one to receive treatment.

  六、Entry Rules:

   （一） Age Requirements:

      1. Age of participants in Marathon should be over 20

   (Birth before December 31^th. 1997)

      2. Age of participants in half Marathon should be over 16

   (Birth before December 31^th, 2001)

      3. Age of participants in 5Km mini Marathon should be over 12

   (Birth before December 31^th , 2004)

     Remarks: Age of participants under 16, committee requires guardian or legal representative sign the participating disclaimer. Age of participants under 10 will have one guardian accompanied by attending family marathon(5km).

    （二） Health Requirements:

  Marathon is not only a high strength sports, but also a high risk competition, which requests participants in a good health condition. All participants shall be physically healthy and often conducting running practice. Participant is advised to register in one of full marathon,half marathon, and mini marathon upon his/her own physical condition and training status.

   People who fall into the following categories are NOT advised to participate:

      1. Those with congenital heart disease and rheumatic heart disease

      2. Those with hypertension and cerebrovascular disease

      3. Those with myocard it is and other heart disease

      4. Those had serious coronary artery disease and serious arrhythmia

      5. Diabetics with blood sugar of overtop or overlow

      6. Others who are not suitable for sport

   Participants should take any responsibility of the accidents and losses

that might occur in competition due  to  personal health condition and

other causes.  Participants are advised to have  a  medical examination  in

registered hospital before race.

 （三）Registration Charges: （Registration charges will not be returned after registration)

      （1）Marathon: Chinese nationality, RMB 120 per person, including

Hongkong, Macau and Taiwan area.  (the fee contains a one-time chip)

Foreign nationality, 50 dollars per person.

  Half Marathon: Chinese nationality, RMB 100 per person, including Hongkong, Macau and Taiwan area. (the fee contains a one-time chip)

Foreign nationality, 50 dollars per person.

       5km Marathon: RMB 60 per person

       Lover Marathon: RMB 60 per person

       Family marathon: RMB 60 per person.

      （2）For students who register Mini Marathon: RMB 50 per person

(Only  college students or those under 16 -year-old with  legal student's

pass can apply)

      （3）Once the application successfully, you can not change competing

event.  The application fee will not be returned for those who  give  up the

game.

    The entry number limit is 49000 for 2016 ZK marathon. Number limit

is 9000 for full marathon,6000 for half marathon and 34000 for 5km marathon.The full marathon, half marathon will be a draw, five kilometers project submitted to the full. Committee reserves the right to determine the acceptance of registration according to actual situation.

 

    （四） Registration:

       1. Online registration are accepted for full marathon and half marathon.

       （1）Participants must log in the website of ZK International Marathon or the official cooperation APP(malamala) for online registration.

       （2）Pre-registration Time:

         11:00 am Dec.15^th 2016---17:00 pm Dec.23^th 2016 (ZK Elite Group & Public runners)

       （3）Audit and Draw:

         From Dec.24th 2016------Jan.2nd 2017 The Organizing Committee will review the entire entry qualifications and draw.

       （4）Time for Payment:

         Applicants can log in ZK International Marathon Website to check whether you are in drawing lots and pay the entry fee on Jan. 3^rd ---6^th 2017. If the applicants who are in drawing lots do not make payment before 17:00 Jan.6th 2017, the Organizing Committee will consider them as giving up .

       （5）Classification of qualification：

           Class A: Elite participants(Do not need to draw)

          1. On January 1st, 2016 --- November 30th, 2016 in China had A full marathon class events project for men within 3h30min and for women within 4 hours .

          2.For men within 3h30min and for women within 4 hours in 2015--2016ZK intronational marathon.

(The organizing committee will be approved in time, according to the contestants when signing up for the achievement of marathon to China net check, result conforms to the elite runners and true can direct payment in the payment time, is not in conformity with the unified to the draw.)

           Class B: ZK Runners association(Do not need to draw)

           Runners who join in ZK Runners Association and pay the annual fee will be considered as Honor Runners of ZK International Marathon.

           Class C: The crowd group

 Runners who are able to finish half marathon within five and a half hours, individual and team registration will draw together. Half marathon projects do not set the elite group, in addition to zheng runs friend will be outside all members to participate in the draw.

     2. Online, on-site registration are accepted for 5km marathon.

(1)Online registration: on December 15^th, 2016 --- February 28^th, 2017 （lovers and parent-child marathon only accepted for registration）.

(2)On-site registration: on December 20th, 2016 - February 28th, 2017

(3)Group applications: 5 km marathon registration number reached more than 100 people to groups, group must fill out the registration form, build official seal, with all personal application form.

     3. Athletes who registered at China Athletics Association are free of

charge  to  participate in professional group of marathon and will be

accommodated freely by Organizing Committee. They may directly

registrate on the website of  China  Athletics Association and send the fax

about  the  contact  informations  of  their  coach and  athletes  to the O.C.

after the registration.

七、Awards:

       （一）Marathon

       1. Ranking prize:

       Top six finishers in Men's and Women's Marathon will  be  issued

with  bonus  (in USD),  one trophy, one medal and only top three finishers

       Remarks: Bonus is issued according to the competition result and time.

      2.Chinese athletes who get above ranking will be given the equivalent RMB.

      3.The Awards and the bonus will be deducts by 20% as income tax according to China's tax law. Committee will deduct this tax and pay to government.

      4.The certificate can be printed from  China  Zhengkai  international  marathon  officia l website www. zkmarathon.com after five working days.

      5.Marathon finishers  within  closing  time  will  be  issued  with

finishing medals, souvenirs,  certificates.  

      6.All entrants will receive souvenir T-shirts , cloakroom bags and number bib.

      7. Top 6 finishers' result need to be published on the marathon official website for more than 15 days. They will get their bonus with no doping involved confirmed.

 Remark: Net timing performance bonus according to the corresponding issuing, ID card number to determine the provinces.

(1) Winners will be held on the second day after the game in the tournament's official website in 10 days, the public notice period if there is any discrepancy in the winners of the competitions, please contact the organizing committee's office and provide evidence of real and effective. Who was reported in violation of the contest rules and regulations related regulations, confirmed by the investigation of the facts is cut admissions ranking. Ranking is transferred to the next one.

(2) Please submit a reward for my effective bank card number, an id card copy of my signature and contact phone number, valid for the cash prize winners officially released, within 20 days after more than term did not deal with according to abandon for processing.

（三）Half Marathon  

1. Ranking prize

Top six finishers in Men's and Women's Half Marathon will be issued

with bonus (in RMB) and one set of track suit.  

  Remark: Prize Awarded is according to the net time.

     2. The certificate can be printed from China Zhengkai international marathon official website www.zkmarathon.com after five working days.

     3.Half Marathon finishers within closing time will be issued with finishing medals, souvenirs and certificates.

     4. All entrants will receive souvenir T-shirts, cloakroom bags and number bib.

     5. Top 6 finishers' result need to be published on the marathon official website for more than 15 days. They will get their bonus with no doping involved confirmed.

    （四） Mini Marathon, Lover marathon, Family marathon:

    All entrants will receive souvenir T-shirts, cloakroom bags, and

number bib(timing chip is NOT provided. Participants need to write down their own performance according to the time showing on the timer that is at the finishing line.)

 

     八、Medical aid

1. Competition organizing committee established in the starting point, half the finish and finish all the fixed medical aid station.

2. The organizing committee will be set up along the track of transferable medical rescue services

3. The organizing committee along the track along the establishment of medical service and health service volunteers, to assist medical and rescue and maintaining the order of competition, contestants can ask them for help at any time.
